These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://celiglow.com (the "Site"), operated by SBQ-Ecom Agency. By browsing, accessing or otherwise using the Site, the user fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use.

2. Purpose
These Terms of Use set out the conditions of access to and use of the Site by any user, whether a simple visitor or a customer (the "User"). They are supplemented, for sales transactions, by the Terms of Service available at https://celiglow.com/pages/terms-of-service.
3. Acceptance
Access to and use of the Site imply unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User. If the User does not accept all or part of these Terms of Use, they are asked to refrain from using the Site.
SBQ-Ecom Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Site is accessed. Users are encouraged to consult the latest version regularly.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with an internet connection, subject to the costs of connection and equipment which remain at the User's exclusive expense.
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of force majeure or events beyond SBQ-Ecom Agency's control, and subject to any technical interruption, maintenance or update operations required for the proper functioning of the Site. SBQ-Ecom Agency shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Site.
SBQ-Ecom Agency reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to suspend, interrupt or remove all or part of the Site, in particular for technical, administrative or security reasons.
5. Features and User Account
The Site allows any User to browse the products offered for sale, place an order, contact customer service and, where applicable, create a personal account to facilitate the management of their orders.
Where an account is created, the User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their login credentials and password. Any use of the account by a third party is deemed to be carried out by the User.
In the event of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of the account, the User undertakes to inform customer service immediately at contact@celiglow.com.
6. User Obligations
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, the User shall refrain from:
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information when placing an order or creating an account
- Impersonating any third party
- Attempting to access parts of the Site reserved or not made publicly available
- Attempting to circumvent the security mechanisms of the Site or introducing viruses, trojans or any malicious code
- Adversely affecting the integrity, availability or security of the Site
- Extracting, copying, reproducing or using, by any means, all or part of the content of the Site for commercial or unauthorised purposes
- Using the Site to disseminate content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of third parties
- Using robots, scripts, scraping tools or any other automated means to collect data from the Site
In the event of breach of these obligations, SBQ-Ecom Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account without notice, without prejudice to any legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements making up the Site, including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphic and audio elements, databases, technical architecture and source code, are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. They are the exclusive property of SBQ-Ecom Agency or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, publication, distribution, extraction or use of all or part of the elements of the Site, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior express written consent of SBQ-Ecom Agency, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth).
The "Celiglow" name and any associated logos and distinctive signs are the property of SBQ-Ecom Agency. Any use without prior consent is prohibited.
8. Liability of the Publisher
SBQ-Ecom Agency makes every effort to ensure the quality of the information published on the Site. However, SBQ-Ecom Agency cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published. Information is provided on an indicative basis and may be modified at any time without notice.
SBQ-Ecom Agency shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or inability to access the Site, alteration or virus that may infect the User's equipment, use of any information available on the Site, or temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The corporate matters of SBQ-Ecom Agency are governed by Swiss law and fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. For Users located in Australia, these Terms of Use are also governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and of the State or Territory in which the User is resident, and the non-excludable consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law apply in all cases.

Users may refer complaints to the relevant State or Territory consumer affairs body (e.g. NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria) or to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at https://www.accc.gov.au.
