This Privacy Policy describes how SBQ-Ecom Agency, an entreprise individuelle registered in Switzerland (UID CHE-381.799.727), collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects the personal information of users ("the User") of the website https://celiglow.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy complies with both the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (revFADP / nLPD), in force since 1 September 2023, applicable to SBQ-Ecom Agency as a Swiss data controller; and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), to the extent that SBQ-Ecom Agency carries on business in Australia within the meaning of section 5B of the Privacy Act.

5. Overseas Disclosure of Personal Information (APP 8)
Because SBQ-Ecom Agency relies on service providers located outside Australia, the User's personal information may be disclosed overseas, in particular to the United States, Canada and Switzerland. In accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8, SBQ-Ecom Agency takes reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, by selecting providers that publish recognised privacy and security commitments, entering into appropriate contractual arrangements where required, and implementing encryption of data in transit and access controls.
6. Retention of Personal Information
- Customer account data and order history: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for five (5) years from the last active interaction
- Invoicing data and accounting records: seven (7) years, in accordance with Australian tax record-keeping obligations
- Prospect data (non-customers): three (3) years from the prospect's last contact
- Cookies and trackers: thirteen (13) months maximum from their deposit
- Connection logs: one (1) year
- Customer service data: three (3) years from the last exchange
7. User Rights (revFADP and Australian Privacy Principles)

The User may exercise these rights by sending a written request to contact@celiglow.com, accompanied where appropriate by reasonable proof of identity. SBQ-Ecom Agency aims to respond within thirty (30) days of receipt.
8. Direct Marketing and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
Where the User has consented to receive marketing communications, SBQ-Ecom Agency complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). All marketing emails clearly identify the sender, contain an unambiguous unsubscribe link and are sent only with prior consent or as otherwise permitted under that Act.

9.2 Collecting and withdrawing consent

10. Security of Personal Information

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned, SBQ-Ecom Agency will notify the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as soon as possible in accordance with the revFADP, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where the breach is an eligible data breach within the meaning of Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Affected individuals will be informed without undue delay.
11. Minors
The Site is not intended for use by persons under the age of sixteen (16). No personal information concerning a minor will be knowingly processed without the prior consent of the holder of parental responsibility.
12. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
SBQ-Ecom Agency reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory or technical developments.
